About Body Smart Challenge

Members begin with a free challenge, the 7-Day Metabolic Mastery Challenge, which the listing says rebuilds the groundwork of fueling, movement and consistency, with no need to weigh every gram of food.^[1] The community also offers coaching each day from the Body Smart team, training every week on nutrition, movement, hormones and habits, and a private space for questions.^[1]

The company's main service is one-on-one coaching for women over 30, which it describes as offering more than the meal plan and workouts found in an ordinary weight loss program.^[3]^[4] In 2021 Body Smart launched the Body Smart Podcast and a YouTube channel.^[2] Jaymie and Stacey present the podcast channel, which covers nutrition, exercise, menopause, hormones, weight loss injections and motivation.^[3] A second Body Smart YouTube channel focuses on health, habits and hormones for women over 30.^[5]
