About GET FIT TOGETHER

Members get a 10-day kickstart challenge, plans and teaching on diet, plans for workouts and movement, weekly challenges meant to build discipline, and accountability through the community.[1] The group also points members toward advanced coaching when they are ready, and says its approach is about foundation rather than quick fixes.[1]

The channel describes Khan as an influencer on dietary lifestyle and an activist for nutrition in the community, and names Tajassum, Abida and Nida among the nutritionists on her team, who prepare macro-counted recipes for clients.[2] In an interview with Grazia Pakistan published years before the group was created, she gave her name as Tehreem Khan Sargani and described TSK Diet Pvt. Ltd. as her own health and nutrition company, offering therapeutic diet services online.[3] She said the service covered the clinical side of nutrition for the management of different diseases, delivered by a team of nutritionists working under her supervision.[3]
