About Surplus Rocket Mentorship

Members get access to an automated leads tool, an attorney network claim submission portal and a legal team deal closing support system, along with sales training.[1] Surplus Rocket lists live mentorship sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, AI-powered skip tracing and document templates for Assignment of Interest agreements, cancellation letters and POA forms.[2]

The Surplus Accelerator program's own page names Curtis Haverland as its instructor and leader.[3] Its Master Surplus Closer Training covers negotiating time extensions, eviction prevention and cash for keys options, and the program adds lifetime access to weekly live training sessions and replays, onboarding support, scripts, contracts and templates.[3] As of September 2026, Accelerator Access cost a one-time fee of $500.[3]

Surplus Rocket states that it provides data, software and training and does not provide income, and that it does not provide legal, tax or compliance advice or resources.[2] A subscription can be cancelled at any time from the account dashboard, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.[2] Every payment to Surplus Rocket, whether a subscription fee, a usage fee or any additional charge, is final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.[2]
