About Castore: Built to Adapt

Castore's website teaches coaches through the CASTORE Method, a framework whose letters stand for coaching, advanced nutrition, science-backed methods, targeted supplementation, optimization, recovery and exercise.[2] The site also offers a six-month mentorship combining one-on-one time with Castore and group coaching, and 30- or 60-minute one-on-one consultation calls.[3] A course designed to help strength coaches understand peptides was listed as coming soon in September 2026.[3][4] The about page describes Castore as a delegate of the Society of Weight-Training Injury Specialists (SWIS).[2]
