About Awesome! Hybrid Calisthenics

Members follow what the group calls Hybrid Calisthenics, a system for building strength and mastering the fundamentals.[1] Access includes a 250-page Hybrid Calisthenics Masterbook, courses covering all progressions and skills, a 45-minute masterclass course, daily coaching feedback and a workout plan.[1] A Skill Tree App and a Full Workout App are sold as paid upgrades.[1] The owner says they have coached for more than 10 years across Ninja Warrior, parkour and gymnastics.[1]

The operator's YouTube channel offers online functional ninja fitness and self-development coaching, with custom programming for movement and well-being.[2] The channel focuses on bodyweight skills, freedom of movement and strength, and a competitive athlete's mindset.[2]
