About Dr. Baltimore BHF

Members get a 14-day challenge, live workshops with Inman, support from the team for their questions, and guidance on overcoming obstacles to their body goals.[1]

Inman's business is Big House Fitness, and the owner bio calls Inman a transformation specialist.[1][2] In a VoyageBaltimore profile, Inman says the app and online training program launched in February 2023.[2] The Transformation Team plan on drbaltimore.com, a separate offer from the Skool group, includes a personalized fitness plan, a meal plan updated every month, step-by-step video demos, grocery guides, home or gym workouts and a community group with daily motivation.[3] As of September 2026, the plan's annual membership cost $499, billed annually.[3] Members of the plan are not tied in and can cancel at any time.[3]
