About Zenith

Members get training on getting a six pack, a simple caloric calculation for working out how much to eat, the owner's cookbook of the meals the owner eats, and gym programs with a video walkthrough of every exercise.[1] A community of members provides accountability, and the owner can be reached by direct message.[1]

The operator's website sells personalised coaching for men and women, with training designed around each client's body, metabolism and goals, nutrition built around meals clients like, and direct access for tracking and adjustments.[2] Coaching clients are expected to follow a structured plan for at least 12 weeks and train 3 to 5 times a week.[2] The site says the coaching also works on mindset, identity and habits, and that options vary with budget and the level of support wanted.[2]

Its stated terms offer to keep working for free until a client reaches their goal, on condition of full commitment to the plan.[2]
