About EPA Training

Topics include strength training specific to each sport, plyometrics that carry over to performance, the mechanics of jumping, deceleration and landing, and tendon health for the knees, Achilles and shins.[1] The group also covers how to combine lifting, jumping and recovery, and it frames its training around quality, intent and progression.[1]

ThisFiTT also makes an app, available on the App Store and Google Play, that it calls an AI-powered, sport-specific performance platform.[2] The app offers personalized plans, recovery strategies and direct access to its expert team, and its Readiness tab lets users report an injury or update readiness so that the training plan adapts.[2] ThisFiTT is not intended for children under 13.[2]
