About The Movement

The training is organised into three pillars: Organic Strength, Master Mobility and Injury Resilience.[2] Members work through 6-Week Programs set out step by step for levels from beginner to advanced, join weekly live coaching calls with form analysis, and take part in movement challenges.[2] New members begin with a 7-Day Movement Preparation, and the group gives direct access to Gold.[2]

Gold also sells a separate handstand course, MASTER YOUR HANDSTAND, and runs a YouTube channel on moving better, building strength and physical resilience.[3][4] A sponsored interview, labelled as branded content from a third party, quotes Gold describing 10 years of training under Ido Portal and a movement school first called Ido portal Israel and now Movement Israel.[5] In the same piece Gold mentions an online coaching program open to all levels for people ready to practise daily.[5]
