About Do You Even Lift Academy

The course's coaching methods cover training and nutrition, client management and check-in systems, the timeline of a contest prep and how to carry out peak week in full.[1] It also covers how to structure and grow an online coaching business and a bodybuilding team.[1] An educational section on PEDs and peptides deals with both enhanced and natural athletes.[1]

Team DYEL Fitness, registered as Team DYEL Fitness LLC, offers show prep and lifestyle coaching and publishes a YouTube channel under the same name.[2][3] The business also sells eBooks and paperback books.[2]
