About Recruit Ready Fitness

Members get the Road to Ready video course, which the listing puts at over 170 tutorials, and two 6-week workout programs, one for gym access and one without.[1] There are also modules on stretching, mobility, rest and recovery, nutrition guidelines and tutorials, done-for-you programming and weekly Q&A calls with Jake.[1]

Beyond the group, Recruit Ready Fitness runs the Recruit to Ready, a one-to-one online coaching service delivered through a custom app with workouts, nutrition plans, tracking and direct contact with an assigned coach.[2] Coaching starts with a strategy call, and the company's site lists four 12-week plans: a personalised program paid weekly or upfront, and pre-set programs for gym and non-gym training.[2] Besides service personnel, the company also coaches members of the general public who want structure and accountability in their training.[2]
