About Fitness Freedom Community

New members start with a one-to-one onboarding call.[1] The classes cover growing a fitness Instagram account for followers and leads, and attracting higher-paying clients.[1] A one-to-one audit with Fritz is offered as a bonus.[1]

The fritzhorstmann.com site also sells Horstmann Coaching, one-to-one plant-based weight loss coaching for middle-aged men and women that runs for 6 to 12 months.[2] That program uses live online classes led by a team of coaches, a library of nutrition videos made by doctors, the coaches and Fritz, and, depending on the plan, weekly calls, text support or a community.[2] A press interview published in October 2018 described Fritz Horstmann's earlier coaching brand, GameChanger Academy, through which he guided international clients toward plant-based nutrition, exercise and muscle growth.[3]
