About Global Talent Academy

Members get direct access to Chris and weekly group coaching calls.^[1] The training covers uncovering client pain points, the industries VAs work in and how to break into them, resume and video introduction guides, and how to keep AI from taking a VA's job.^[1] As a bonus, members get priority access to apply for open jobs at Inside Out.^[1]

The operator's YouTube channel addresses the other side of the market, covering how to recruit, train and manage offshore talent and how to hire virtual assistants.^[2] It also covers starting and scaling a VA agency, under the heading "Copy Me".^[2]
