About Become an Ai Engineer

Members see starter roadmaps and resources from Bashiri, wins shared by other members, ideas for projects and free training from time to time.[1] The paid community adds a roadmap tailored to each member, feedback on production projects, live coaching from experts, help with resumes and interviews, and accountability.[1]

On its website, baswe.ai, BASWE describes testing each client's skills to build an upskilling roadmap guided by AI and machine learning experts, then guiding the client step by step through projects, the resume and the job search.[2] Its services include a training platform for enterprise AI, direct contact with AI experts, one-to-one introductions to recruiters, help with job applications and daily expert calls, and BASWE also offers to submit applications for clients.[2] BASWE states that it refunds clients who fail to secure a better-paid AI role.[2]
