The Quit Teaching Club is a Skool community for teachers and school staff who want to change careers, run by Ashlee Nicholas, a former special education teacher.[1][2] The group was created in August 2025, and Nicholas has said it began after a post about leaving teaching drew messages from educators asking for help.[1][2]

About The Quit Teaching Club

The free level includes the first two phases of the 6-Phase Quit Teaching System, a Career Clarity Assessment, free resume and LinkedIn reviews, community access and monthly group challenges.[1] A paid Premium tier adds phases three to six, a Job Vault with remote listings added weekly and a Job Fit Analyzer app.[1] In a December 2025 interview with Bold Journey, Nicholas described helping members work through limiting beliefs, choose job titles that fit their experience, write resumes, search for jobs and prepare for interviews.[2] The same interview said a library of Sprint Trainings and a job board for educators were being built.[2]

Nicholas said members are asked for their minimum salary requirement and told upfront if it is not realistic for the roles the club can help with.[2] The club also posts on TikTok as @quitteachingclub.[2]
