Job Seekers Community is the Skool group behind MyZipApply, an AI-powered outreach tool for job seekers.[1] The group was created in September 2024.[1] The owner's profile describes a former Big 4 accountant and CPA who became an executive recruiter over 26 years ago and founded ZipApply.com.[1] MyZipApply says it was built by Gus Cawley and is the system Cawley's recruiters use, turned into software.[2]

About Job Seekers Community

Each campaign finds one hiring manager nearby, researches them and drafts a "Why I'm a Fit" pitch for their exact job, which the member reviews and sends.[1] The first 15 campaigns are free with no card, and as of September 2026 paid plans cost $29 a month for 40 campaigns and $59 a month for 100.[1] The platform also records a video introduction, tracks each search on a nine-stage Kanban board and offers 29 AI tools for outreach, follow-up, thank-you notes and offer evaluation.[2] It is not a job board.[2] Members of the group also get an interview prep video and resume, thank-you and mock-interview GPTs, and MyZipApply lists live coaching calls, a five-day challenge and Q&A replays in the community.[1][2]

A virtual career outplacement programme on the linked YouTube channel bundles three months of weekly live coaching, 24/7 access to an AI-powered Job Seekers Classroom, a peer community and full ZipApply.com Premium access.[3]

MyZipApply plans can be cancelled at any time in one click, with no contract.[2]
