About Morpheus Cycling

A 7-day free trial includes a free training plan, a step-by-step roadmap, daily 1-on-1 coaching in which the coach replies to every post each day, and a weekly coaching call.[1] Members also get plan customization, a workout library, TrainingPeaks Premium and TrainingPeaks Virtual, which the listing presents as a Zwift replacement.[1]

On TrainingPeaks, the coach behind the group sells plans under the Morpheus name, such as the Morpheus 4 Week FTP Training Plan and the Morpheus 12 Week Build + Peak Road Race Training Plan.[2] The same profile offers 1-on-1 coaching, consultations, strength training and nutrition services, and accepts only cyclists with a power meter.[2] The coach says they raced for 7 years, 4 of them at semi-professional level, and that they have a bike brand called Morpheus.[2] A February 2025 press feature reported that Arne, the founder of Morpheus Bicycles, left his job early in 2024 to fill what he saw as a gap in the aero road bike market.[3] The resulting bike, the Morpheus Reppit, uses a high stack height to mimic a time trial riding position.[3]

The Skool trial can be cancelled at any time.[1] Members who stay, follow the plan for 4 weeks and do not raise their FTP by at least 4% are offered a full refund, with no questions asked.[1] TrainingPeaks plans fall under that platform's refund policy and, with the author's approval, can be exchanged for a plan of equal value from the same author.[2]
