About Roadman Cycling Clubhouse

Members get 16-week training plans for road, gravel and sportive riding, calculators for tyre pressure, training zones and power profile, and a nutrition masterclass with World Tour nutritionists Dr David Dunne and Dr Sam Impey.[1] A separate paid Skool group, Not Done Yet Coaching, offers personalised daily coaching, a race weight roadmap, a weekly live Q&A and a cycling strength programme, with a seven-day free trial.[1]

On its YouTube channel the podcast carries the tagline "Cycling Is Hard, This Podcast Will Help!", which mirrors the community's own, and it features riders, coaches and academics, with past guests including Greg LeMond and George Hincapie.[1][2] It is available on Apple, Spotify and Castbox.[2]
