About OJ FIT TENNIS FREE

Members get a tennis-specific gym training guide with more than 20 exercises, a nutritional framework for matches and tournaments, a four-day hybrid split that balances tennis and gym sessions, and a guide to sleep and energy.[1] The listing also offers a free one-to-one "Custom Roadmap Call" with the operator and team, which it presents as producing a personalised performance plan.[1]

The OJ Fit website, ojfiteam.uk, carries a copyright line in the name of Oliver Jacobson and sells a separate paid coaching program built around match IQ, movement patterns and opponent psychology.[2] The site says that program is not for beginners but for players trying to break into the next tier.[2] Its parts include a match strategy framework, a performance toolkit of drills and diagnostic frameworks, a players-only community, and weekly one-to-one game plan calls with Jacobson.[2]
