About Jump Squad

Members get technical analysis from the squad, guidance on training for different parts of the season, weekly challenges and a group of teammates, along with lessons on embracing failure and learning from it.[1]

Hill also runs High Jump Blueprint, a paid coaching program for high school high jumpers that athletes apply to join.[2] Hill and his team review each application on the day it arrives, and if the athlete is a fit, the team calls the parents that day to schedule a coaching consultation.[2] Hill's site lists his athletic record as a three-time Team USA member, a 7'5" personal record, an Olympic Trials qualifier and a five-time NCAA All-American.[2]
