About Hockey Instincts Mastery

Members get the Exposing Goalies on Breakaways Mini Course, the Bedard Deception Mini Course, the Patrick Kane Patience Masterclass and a 1 - 1 Hockey Instincts Consultation.[1] A live masterclass named after Connor Bedard covers a playmaking framework, a one-on-one move package, goal-scoring tactics from distance and a live Q&A.[1] Topics across the group include deception against goalies, one-on-one move selection, creativity, positioning and timing, shutdown defending and generating offence as a defenseman.[1]

Conscious Hockey's coaching centres on a framework for deciding when and where to use skill, and the work takes roughly an hour or two a week off the ice.[2] Joining the coaching starts with a two-minute quiz on a player's level, goals and obstacles, followed by an assessment call with a coach.[2] The brand's YouTube channel focuses on decision making under pressure, with breakdowns of NHL and pro clips and mental frameworks, and points viewers to free Hockey IQ training.[3]
