About Powercore 360

Members get the PC360 Rotation Training System, sports performance programs, back and hip mobility programs, coaching and professional education, and step-by-step training plans.[1] Weekly live coaching sessions, athlete and movement breakdowns, and regularly added training content are listed as bonuses.[1] The community teaches rotational principles drawn from sport, fitness and rehabilitation, and presents PC360 as a single system covering pain relief, fitness, rehabilitation and sports performance.[1] Members can switch to an annual plan to save 20%.[1]

As of September 2026, the company's site listed the PC360 Hip Trainer, which uses a hip harness and resistance bands, and the Torso Trainer at $249 each, with single hip or torso harnesses at $179 without accessories.[2][3] Powercore360 also offers a Lifetime Training Pass, 8-hour clinics, an 8-week masterclass, downloadable sport-specific programs lasting 30 or 60 days, and a free Rotational Power webinar.[2][3] Its FAQ names the Skool community as a lower-cost option for its Volleyball Arm Speed Program, and its YouTube channel covers sports training for rotational athletes.[3][4]

Unused equipment can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as can defective items.[3]
