About The Surfing Standard

Members get progressive surf simulation training, skill and technique lessons as needed, monthly follow-along workouts and challenges, and merch rewards as they progress.[1] Coaching is daily, with the owner replying to every post, and the stated time commitment is 15 minutes a day.[1] Entry is by application through a 45-minute strategy session booked on Calendly.[1]

The listing offers members their money back if they are not surfing 15-wave sessions within 90 days.[1] A 2022 Hydro Mind Inc page, morewavesnow.com, offered a free video training in three steps: paddle simulation, low oxygen training and surfing patterns.[2]
