About Crosscheck Mental Performance

Members get a Start Here orientation, Basic Training in foundational mental performance, selected free recordings and events, and a discussion board.[1] Premium adds the Aviation Performance Accelerator program, weekly discussion groups with coaching and debriefs, emergency procedure coaching and a Chair Flying Workshop on mental rehearsal.[1] It also opens access to performance experts and experienced aviators, guest events and webinar recordings.[1]

On its own website, Crosscheck sells 1-on-1 coaching, a Self-leadership mindset course, and a Solo Confidence Coaching Program for pilots who can fly alone but lack the confidence to do so consistently.[3][4] That program runs over six sessions with both an aviation performance coach and a mental performance coach, and the coaching is also offered to entrepreneurs and high-pressure professionals.[3] The listing states that the coaching is not a substitute for training from a flight instructor.[1]
