About Real Estate Skills

The company teaches wholesaling, house flipping and buy-and-hold rentals, including how to wholesale real estate legally in any state and close deals virtually.[2][3] Its programmes combine coaching, a mastermind community, an online education programme, immersion trainings, and investment consulting and support.[4] Live calls are held every week for members' questions, and the community is used for collaboration and practising sales calls.[2] The programme includes Fast Track Immersion, Live Deal Analysis, Weekly Coaching, the Cash Buyers Concierge (CBC) and a 1st Deal Challenge.[4] Its MLS Offer System is an invitation-only programme with lifetime access, and prospective students book a free strategy session with the team to see whether it fits.[2][4]

The company also publishes a Real Estate Skills YouTube channel on wholesaling and flipping houses.[3]
