Pro Wholesaler is the official members group for the Pro Wholesaler programs of Real Estate Skills, a real estate investing education company run through RealEstateSkills.com.[1] Alex Martinez is CEO and founder of Real Estate Skills and Ryan Zomorodi is its co-founder, and the company trades as Real Estate Skills, LLC.[2] The Skool group was created in December 2020.[1]

About Pro Wholesaler

Pro Wholesaler Accelerator is the entry tier, a step-by-step wholesaling system with the MLS Offer System, business setup and deal analysis tools.[3] Pro Wholesaler VIP adds full immersion training, weekly coaching calls, advanced deal reviews and the Cash Buyer Concierge, under which the company splits the assignment fee 50/50 when it helps find a buyer and the deal closes.[3] Members also have a mastermind community for collaboration and sales-call practice, and weekly live Q&A calls with the company's coaches.[2]

Beyond wholesaling, Real Estate Skills runs programs on flipping houses and buy-and-hold rental properties, and the group links to a free training on its website.[1][2] Its YouTube channel teaches how to find deals, wholesale real estate legally in any state and close virtually.[4]

The company says a real estate license is not needed to wholesale or start investing in real estate.[3] It states that there is no guaranteed timeline for success, and that "you should assume that the average person makes little to no money or could lose money as there is work and risk associated with investing in real estate."[3]
