Members get partnerships, local networking and live question-and-answer sessions.[1] The business also offers a free 5-part course, a paid Gold Course, 1-on-1 coaching on setting up and running a group home, a Digital Launch program for generating leads online through a website, and a Done With You program that provides a team, training and lead generation.[2] Courses are delivered online and coaching sessions are virtual.[2]

The website describes the model as offering affordable housing to people in need, and states that it is not a group home business on paper.[2] Group Home Riches is operated by Assisted Living Consultants LLC of Austin, TX.[2]

Its disclaimer states that running a group home business involves risks like any venture, and that success depends on individual capacity, business skills and market conditions.[2]
