About Commercial Real Estate 101

The group covers apartments, RV parks and self storage, and members get a weekly live Q&A with deal support, an A-to-Z starter course, conversations with investors and shared deal learning.[1][2] People who plan to spam members or market their own products are asked not to join.[2]

Coaching, specialist tools and paid programs sit outside the community, each with separate access and enrollment terms.[1][4] These include Triple Play Pro, a paid tool for weighing offer structures, a calculator covering cash flow, loan payments, cap rate, DSCR and cash-on-cash return, and financing education on loan structures and lender questions.[1][4]

Real Estate 101 gives education rather than individualized advice on investments, taxes, finances or law.[3] Investing carries costs and risk, including loss of capital, and past results are no guarantee of future performance.[3]
