REX Coaching sells the REX Coaching Impact Course and a 90 Day Action Plan, and states that its courses offer lifetime access.[2][3] Clients also receive marketing templates and a business plan called the Strategic Success Blueprint, and the company publishes the REX Business Boost Newsletter.[3] McLay's training covers lead generation, lead nurturing and advanced closing techniques, and REX Coaching hosts workshops led by McLay and his team at the Tyler McLay Realty Group.[2]

McLay hosts the REX Coaching YouTube channel on lead generation, negotiation, closing and scaling a real estate business, and writes for the REX Coaching blog on topics such as database activation.[3][4] In a January 2025 podcast episode, he discussed personalized marketing, lead generation, and daily habits such as habit stacking and CRM systems.[5]
