About Breast Cancer Thrivers Club

The group offers guidance on fear, overwhelm, body changes, sleep and guilt after treatment, along with practical tools for reconnecting with joy and purpose.[1] Its named programs are Nourish Forward, a course on eating after breast cancer, and the Fatigue Fix workshop on energy and strength.[1] Members also take part in community conversations and Q&A support.[1] Sabine Hope's website sets the club out as a five-step path: Find Your Footing, Nourish Your Body, Move With Confidence, Live Fully Again and Live It Every Day.[2]

In a 2019 interview on the Beat Cancer blog, written up by Debra Melamed and published before the club existed, Sabine Hope described a coaching approach called the 5 Essentials (Nourish, Flourish, Detox, Move and Love) and said the coaching was offered in group and one-to-one formats.[3]

Membership starts with a 7-day free trial, carries no long-term commitment and can be cancelled at any time.[2] The website states: "The information shared here is for general support and education. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for the care of your medical team."[2]
