The community grew out of a book of the same name, which the site describes as 37 stories of people who have overcome the challenges of living with multiple sclerosis.[2] The book is sold on Amazon in paperback, Kindle and audiobook and as an e-book, and the site also offers private sessions and a retreat.[2] The site is copyrighted to HEALING 356 LLC.[2]

It states that it is strictly informational and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and advises readers to always seek the advice of their physician or another qualified healthcare professional with questions about a medical condition.[2]
