About Hero Skool

The program is organised in three tiers.[1] Mindset covers journals, philosophy courses and fitness education walkthroughs; Fitness & Nutrition offers programs for every skill level and video-guided nutrition tips; and Accountability gives direct access to the coach and a community of men.[1] Members can access a free trial offer for the Hero Journal inside the group.[1]

The website linked to the group belongs to RAVNFIT (Revamped Athleticism and Vital Nutrition), a fitness coaching business offering one-on-one coaching, fitness training and nutrition counseling.[2] Its program tracks are Weight-Loss Warrior, Bulking Blueprints, Functional Longevity and Repair & Rebuild, with access to a training app, video demos and nutrition tracking.[2]
