About The Tribe

Capehart also runs a YouTube channel built on the premise that true health is not complicated, covering real food, movement, sleep and time outdoors.[3] His website sells a self-paced online course, AHP Foundations, presented as a system for diagnosing and correcting the physical and mental constraints that limit human performance.[2][4] The course is delivered as 28 short videos with downloadable tools and trackers, and buyers do not get personal access to Capehart.[2] A separate coaching programme on the site starts with a diagnostic that identifies a client's specific gap, matches the client to a training, nutrition and recovery protocol, and repeats the diagnostic at 30 and 60 days.[4] That programme includes lifetime access to AHP Foundations, a 30-day curriculum covering nutrition, movement, sleep, hormones and mindset.[4]

The course offers a full refund to a buyer who completes it, follows every step and sees no measurable progress in energy, strength or body composition within 90 days.[2] The coaching programme instead extends membership free of charge if a client does not show measurable improvements in body composition and biologic markers.[4]
