About Vision Body Fitness

Members get live 45-minute strength classes, workouts of 20 minutes or less, a meal plan customised to their age, weight and height, and daily high-protein recipes.[1] Every class has a full replay, and the VBF Nutrition Tool sets out how much to eat and when.[1]

The Vision Body Fitness website says the business began at the start of the pandemic as a fitness community helping people reach their goals from home.[4] Its class types include cardio boxing, Tabata, Booty n Bands and full-body strength training, using a pair of dumbbells with optional loop resistance bands and kettlebells.[4] Each session is recorded and uploaded to a members area, and the site also runs a private accountability group.[4]

The Skool membership can be cancelled at any time in two clicks.[1] For in-person personal training, the trainer profile states that appointments cancelled within 24 hours are billed in full.[2]
