About Health IS Looks
The website lists a full transformation system, posture and height protocols, a thumbpulling masterclass and a daily habit framework.[2] Patel describes the method as thumb pulling and myofunctional habits used to apply targeted pressure to the maxilla and other facial bones.[2] The site also draws on orthotropics, which it presents as showing that the face grows forward when the lips stay sealed, the teeth rest lightly and the tongue stays on the roof of the mouth.[2] The listing adds palate width and more efficient breathing to the stated focus, and says the fascia can always be adapted.[1] The website pitches the programme at people who want a sharper jawline, better posture and a healthier face by natural means.[2]
