About Foundations of Ascension

Members get foundational breathwork, somatic and energy healing practices, which the group frames as ways to ground the nervous system and expand awareness.[1] It also offers what it calls activations and transmissions, meant to help members shed old identities.[1] There is a private community chat, and members get first access to free monthly workshops and Breathwork Journeys.[1] The group points members toward further offerings inside Ascension University.[1]

Whan also founded Ascension University and Ascension Retreats, and works as a somatic therapist.[2] His work combines nervous system coherence, breath, energy healing and divine masculine leadership.[2] On YouTube, Whan teaches about healing the nervous system, ascending to the 4th density and living what the channel calls a most aligned life.[3] The channel presents Ascension University as a space for learning to heal the nervous system and live in one's highest timeline.[3] The Second Coming Podcast is a spiritual awakening show on inner transformation, nervous system regulation and faith beyond traditional religion.[2] New episodes come out every Monday on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube.[2]
