About Wholesaling Real Estate

Members get step-by-step wholesaling training, daily lists of motivated sellers, and scripts, contracts and deal tools.[1] The toolkit includes an offer calculator and a repair estimator, alongside deal breakdowns and a community of new and experienced wholesalers.[1]

XLeads sells wholesaling software with skip-tracing features, and its services span lead-generation tools, CRM functions and integrations.[2][3] As of September 2026, every XLeads plan included access to the founders' Real Estate Deal School group, which XLeads priced at $97 a month.[2] XLeads runs a daily onboarding Zoom on weekdays from 11 AM to 1 PM ET.[4] The company lists a business address in Palm City, FL.[2]

XLeads subscriptions run month to month and renew automatically until cancelled.[3] The company offers a no-questions-asked refund on the XLeads subscription fee within 24 hours.[5]
