About Assets For Life Hub

The group offers property newcomers and existing investors free classroom training materials, community posts with strategy insights and updates, and webinars.[3] Members are invited to the company's property events and pointed to its on-patch and mentorship training programmes.[3]

Assets For Life teaches property investment, deal packaging, commercial conversions, sales, speaking and serviced accommodation, including strategies such as HMOs, house flipping and rent to rent.[2] It runs The Property Wealth Bootcamp and The Property Developers Bootcamp, and summits such as The Serviced Accommodation Summit and The Property Flipping Summit.[1] Workshops last a few days and mentorship programmes several months; live events are held in the UK, with online training open worldwide.[2] Liam Ryan hosts The Deal Maker property podcast and wrote Bricks, Mortar And Other People's Money, which the company offers as a free copy.[1][2]

The company's published policies include a returns policy, an earnings disclaimer and a testimonials disclaimer.[2]
