About Transactional Funding Roadmap

The group presents transactional funding as an alternative to wholesaling, flipping and rentals, all of which its author says they have done.[1] Transactional funding is money lent for a single transaction, usually for less than 24 hours: the purchase price is borrowed, the deal closes, the property is sold, and the money comes back the same day.[2]

The related lender, Fundwise Capital LLC, runs ifundwise.com, and its team page lists Ryan Schrope as founder and CEO.[2] For EMD, double closing and Stack Method (seller carry-back) deals, Fundwise markets funding that needs no credit check.[3] It describes itself as a deliberately small team in which one of its own staff reads the contract on every submitted deal.[2] A YouTube channel connected to the group shares real-estate lessons that its creator says came from making mistakes in the business.[4]
