A related site, Multifamily Wealth Nation, describes an invite-only network where investors of all levels find deals, raise capital and form partnerships.^[3] The site says the network is neither a course nor a coaching program.^[3] Roosen and Dylan Stewart are the authors of The Multifamily Wealth Blueprint, a step-by-step plan for apartment investing.^[3] MWN Capital invests only in value-add multifamily property and stays out of every other asset class.^[2] Its head office is in Jacksonville, FL.^[4]

MWN Capital's site warns that private real estate securities carry significant risk, since an investor can lose principal, may find the holding hard to sell and has no guaranteed return, and that earlier results do not predict later ones.^[2]
