About Becoming Narc-Proof

Topics include manipulation, gaslighting, trauma bonds and loss of identity, as well as leaving, healing and relearning self-trust.[1] The group offers support and what it calls practical tools for no longer living in reaction to the narcissist and for making decisions from clarity instead of fear.[1] Its stated tone is "No shame. No judgment."[1]

Lockerman is the author of the book Becoming Narc-Proof: Break the Cycle, Discover Your Worth, and Become Immune to Narcissists.[3] The Becoming Narc-Proof website offers two free guides, one on using the gray rock approach without triggering a blow-up and one on no longer obsessing over the narcissist.[2] Lockerman also sells one-on-one coaching aimed at breaking the trauma bond, rebuilding self-trust and strengthening boundaries, as well as coaching by message.[2][4] As of September 2026, a single 1:1 Narc-Proof Clarity Session cost $97, a 3-Session Guided Support package $285 and a 6-Session Healing Intensive $565.[4] A YouTube channel in Lockerman's name posts videos on narcissistic abuse, trauma bonds, gaslighting, emotional manipulation, healing, boundaries and self-worth.[3]
