About Vitality Collective

Members get a Vitality Roadmap, a 14 Day Holistic Reset, a Golden Ratio Body calculator, posture training, Vitality Vault trainings and a guide called 21 Esoteric Health Secrets.[1] The group also offers free resources, tips and discussions with the operator, and weekly content and resource updates.[1]

Coastbrah's YouTube channel covers training, nutrition, bloodwork, lifestyle and natural hormone optimization for men, and sums up its approach as "No TRT. No peptides. No crash diets. No shortcuts."[3] The channel also promotes the Apex Health Protocol app, which covers training, nutrition, recovery, sleep, mobility and daily health systems.[3] Coaching is sold through coastbrah.com as the APEX program, which the site presents as open to people at any stage and built around whole foods and the timing of meals.[2] The site asks clients to begin by booking a free one-to-one strategy call.[2] Coastbrah also hosts a guest-interview podcast on fitness, natural testosterone optimization and holistic vitality, listed with 19 episodes since January 2024 and last updated in January 2025.[4]

The coaching site states that a client who has done all the required work and is not completely satisfied with the results when the APEX protocol ends is kept in the program at no cost.[2]
