Evolve's Longevity Lab review

Evolve's Longevity Lab publishes 155 course modules on Skool. It is free to join, with paid tiers inside.

A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Evolve's Longevity Lab, and nothing below is a verdict.

Evolve's Longevity Lab, free to join with paid tiers inside, is the virtual health and fitness community of Evolve Fitness, a gym business with locations in Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford and Truro in Nova Scotia, Canada.[1][2] It is led by Matt Benvie, president of Evolve Fitness and founder of Evolve Fitness and Evolve Integrated Health.[1] The community grew out of Evolve at Home, a by-donation program the company created in 2020 when it shut its Halifax gyms for three months, and the Skool group itself was created in 2024.[1] Members can join from anywhere in the world.[1]
