About The SuperHuman Standard

Superhuman Standard is also a paid fitness, health and performance coaching program, whose site names its coach as Connor Sinann.[2] Clients get personalized training, nutrition and recovery plans based on their bloodwork, a bloodwork review, and supplement and hormone education where applicable.[2] The program runs live weekly check-ins and daily Q&A with direct messaging access.[2] It states that it works with both natural and enhanced clients.[2] The site says exact results depend on a client's starting point and adherence, and it is published under the name Superhuman Standard, United States.[2]
