About Infinite Grit
The Skool community offers live Q&A sessions, an active forum, progress tracking and monthly challenges, with principles covering fitness, mental toughness and leadership.[2] The listing describes structured progressions tailored to goals ranging from military prep to breaking personal records.[2] Infinite Grit also sells individual coaching in two levels, both delivered through the Infinite Grit app.[4] The lower level provides a program each cycle with one-to-one messaging but no check-ins or nutrition, while the higher level adds direct coach access, ongoing adjustments and check-ins.[4] Its programs include Group Selection Prep, an ongoing progression aimed at run times, strength and conditioning for selection, and the Operator Longevity Protocol.[1][4] A mobility series was created by Hamilton and SOF strength coach Tyler Miller, and prospective clients can book a free consultation, with discounts stated for longer commitments.[4]
In the interview, Hamilton describes the focus as building strong, durable bodies that can withstand the pounding of these career fields, and notes that many clients arrive with nagging injuries.[3] Hamilton also recounts how the work morphed into a coaching program that brought on more coaches, and says the business had run in-person events, including a challenge event, while leaning into land navigation.[3]
