About Vagus School

Its method is the Ultra Breath Protocol, which combines specific breathing with vagus nerve stimulation and which the group says is built on Nemertean theory.^[1] Members get core training in the protocol, VNS stimulation guides, diet, exercise and mindset modules, regular live Q&As with breathwork, and 100-page downloadable vagus nerve guides.^[1]

A premium tier adds MyUltra.Coach, an AI voice coaching app for group members that tracks sessions, writes automatic summaries and shows progress on a dashboard.^[2] As of September 2026, it cost $5 a month, billed through the Skool membership, and it is available only to active members.^[2]^[3] Access to the app ends with the billing period once the Skool membership is cancelled, and data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.^[3] The app's FAQ states that the AI coach is designed to complement, not replace, professional medical or therapeutic care.^[3]
