About Built To Perform: Daru Strong

Members get weekly live Q&As with Daru and guest experts on training, nutrition and mindset.[1][3] Video content covers performance and fatigue management, strength, power and endurance, and nutrition for recovery and longevity, alongside free training templates and assessments.[1] The club also runs monthly challenges with leaderboards, a book club on leadership, mindset and discipline, and weekly affirmations and devotionals.[1][3] Invite-only in-person training days with the Daru team are listed too.[1]

The Daru Strong site also offers the Beyond Strong Podcast, with conversations on mental toughness and athletic preparation, and personalized 1-on-1 consulting.[3] A February 2022 episode of a podcast hosted by Shaun Kober introduced Daru as the founder of Daru Strong and the owner and operator of the Daru Strong Performance Center.[2] It named the Daru Strong Mentorship and his YouTube channel among the places he shares his training methods.[2]
