About Inside Corporate Wellness

The free tier holds a five-lesson course, Break Into Corporate, plus Find the Room, trial AI agents, market signals and the community.[1] Premium adds the course Earn the Meeting and Own the Room, every AI agent with 50 credits, pitch templates, a swipe file and a new tool each month, while VIP adds the full Accelerator and an AI copilot.[1]

Carrete also sells The Lean Executive, a private health and accountability program for professionals run in three phases of two hours a week that includes full blood work, priced on an assessment call.[2] That site names FIT LIFE FZCO and states that the program "is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment."[2] He also writes Wellness Intelligence, a Substack with three briefs a week on what companies buy in wellness.[3]
