Alpha School review

Alpha School publishes 347 course modules on Skool.

A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Alpha School, and nothing below is a verdict.

Alpha School is a free Skool community for men focused on fat loss and fitness, created in October 2024.[1] It is run by the strength coach Elliott Hulse, and the group presents itself as the only place to access Hulse off YouTube.[1][2][3] The group is closed to new members, and the join button signs people up for a notification when enrollment opens again.[1]

About Alpha School

Its method rests on what it calls the four Alpha Body Habits.[1] Free membership includes Never Get Fat Again, a fat-loss guide aimed at men who keep regaining weight, and Alpha Trainer DIY, a self-run system for tracking fat loss and accountability.[1] Members can also enter case study contests, with awards, prizes and status for their transformations.[1]

A BarBend interview by Nick English, last updated in August 2023, called Hulse "one of the OG online strength coaches".[3] The interview says he started building his online coaching platform and set up Strength Camp in 2007 to bring athletes together.[3] Besides training strongmen and hosting Strength Camp, he offers Grounding Camps on active meditation, bioenergetics, philosophy and self-love, and in 2015 he received the "YouTube Fan's Favorite" award.[3] Hulse's own site sells a Soul Guidance Session, a ninety-minute private conversation held one-on-one over Zoom, which as of September 2026 cost $444.[4] The site also mentions the Soul Spiral, private guidance and live events.[4] In December 2024 Hulse ran the Alpha Mentor Initiation, a virtual three-day event built on the King, Warrior, Magician and Lover archetypes and his 6 Mentor Masteries framework.[5]
