About The Blueprint

Members get a step-by-step plan for building a swing, a library of more than 100 drills and training videos, and five new training videos each month.[1] The material deals with stopping lunging, building a coil, bat speed and power, and knowing when to apply force for adjustability and barrel depth.[1] Two bonuses come with it: a mechanical breakdown of Barry Bonds's swing and a mental framework for professional hitters.[1]

Martinez also sells one-to-one coaching through The Blueprint's website.[2] Players in it can text Martinez on weekdays for guidance, send videos in daily for analysis, get live help while in the cage, and follow a cage routine built for them.[2] They also get lifetime access to a drill database, with modules on reaching a good launch position and breakdowns of noted hitters, and a community of other players.[2]
